A message for students and school leavers

In December when you receive your examination results, you will be making important and exciting decisions about your future career pathways. Assistance with these decisions is available if you need it. The Careers Advisory Service offers friendly professional advice during the summer holidays.

This free service is available by phone or email. From Wednesday 17 December 2008 to Friday 9 January, 2009 careers advisers will be available on 1300 300 687 (or www.cas.det.nsw.edu.au) to answer your enquiries.

The Careers Advisory Service web site www.cas.det.nsw.edu.au explains how you and your parents or carer can access the service. It also contains helpful information and links to assist you in your transition from school to work or further study.
